Fonts and shape

Font

Section titled “Font”

font replaces Jost, Nari’s font, everywhere. Point it at a single file:

"font": "fonts/Inter.ttf"

or at one file per weight, from 100 to 900, for font families that come as separate files:

"font": { "400": "fonts/Inter-Regular.ttf", "700": "fonts/Inter-Bold.ttf" }

TTF, OTF, WOFF and WOFF2 all work.

  • Each weight Nari draws uses the closest file.
  • Variable fonts with a wght axis get real weights. Separate files are made bolder or lighter only when their exact weight is missing.
  • Characters your font doesn’t have fall back to Jost, then to the system fonts Nari picks for your library (Japanese, Korean, Chinese and so on).

Shape

Field Description
radius Multiplies how round every panel and button is. 0 is square, 1 is Nari’s default, 2 is very round.
gradient_blur Multiplies the soft glow inside panels. 0 turns it off.
